摘要
以国产D005型强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,以乙醇和叔丁醇为原料,通过醇缩合制备ETBE。讨论了内外扩散、催化剂浓度、反应物初始摩尔比、反应温度等因素的影响。研究表明,D005可作为该反应的催化剂使用。
Tert-butyl ether (ETBE) was synthesized by the alcohols condensation with ethanol and tert-butyl alcohol as primary materials and the domestic D005-type strong acid cation exchange resins as the catalyst. The effects of internal and external mass transfer, catalyst concentrations, initial re-actants molar ratio, and reaction temperature on the reaction rate were discussed.
