摘要
Ｄ００５树脂催化剂是国内近年开发的一种新型催化剂，在九江石化总厂２０ｋｔ／ａ的合成甲基叔丁基醚装置应用表明：该剂具有较好的反应活性，异丁烯转化率为９９％以上，对甲基叔丁基醚反应选择性为９０％以上，产品质量合格，装置操作易控制，可在其它同类装置上推广应用。
D005 resin catalyst is a newly developed catalyst for MTBE synthesis. Its commercial application in a 20 kt/a MTBE unit at Jiujiang General Petrochemical Works showed that the catalyst possessed good activity and selectivity. The conversion and the selectivity of isobutylene was higher than 99% and was more than 90% respectively. The unit operation was easy to control and the product was qualified.
