摘要
利用阻力模型 ,采用聚砜 /硅橡胶非对称复合膜体系比较了支撑层阻力对氮气、氢气和水蒸气渗透性能的影响 ,发现支撑层阻力的存在大大降低了水蒸气的渗透速率 ,某些情况下支撑层阻力占总阻力的 90 %以上 .同时 ,讨论了支撑层孔隙率、孔径、致密层厚度等膜结构参数对支撑层阻力及膜法脱湿过程的影响 .
The resistance of the support layer to nitrogen, hydrogen and water vapor permeation in PSF(polysulfone)/PDMS(silicone rubber)asymmetric membranes has been discussed on the basis of the Henis resistance model The permeability of water vapor significantly decreases as a result of the resistance of the support layer, which accounts for more than 90% of the total resistance under certain conditions The influence of the structural parameters of the membrane including the porosity and pore size of the support layer as well as the thickness of the skin layer on the resistance of the support layer and the process of water vapor removal have also been investigated
