固含量对聚砜膜透湿性能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of solid content on the water vapor permeability of polysulfone membrane

摘要 选择廉价易得的聚砜为原料,以相转化法制备了聚砜膜.测量了膜的湿交换效率、传质系数、渗透速率、水蒸气吸附量、静态接触角等透湿性能;讨论了铸膜液中固含量的变化对膜透湿性能的影响.研究结果表明,膜水蒸气渗透的湿交换效率随着聚砜浓度的增大而降低;在保持铸膜液中聚砜不变的情况下,加入添加剂PVP可以使孔隙率增大,加入季铵盐能有效提高膜表面的亲水性,从而改善其透湿性能. The polysulfone membrane was prapared by phase inversion method. The moisture permeability of the membrane, such as moisture exchange effectiveness, total mass transfer coefficients, and permeation rates of vapor, water vapor adsorption mass, and contact angle of the surface of PS membrane was measured. The effect of the PS solid content on moisture permeability was investigated. The results show that, moisture exchange effectiveness decrease with the increase in polysulfone content, when the content of polysulfone was constant, the addition of PVP increased membrane porosity, the addition of quaternary ammonium salt improved the hydrophilicity of the membrane effectively, and improved the moisture permeability.
