摘要
将液晶模板技术与溶胶 -凝胶法相结合 ,制备了硅藻土 -莫来石陶瓷 (K -M )负载型SiO2 膜 .表征实验结果表明 :SiO2 膜层与TiO2 过渡膜层间通过Si—O—Ti键的价联方式形成了紧密、稳定的化合型复合膜 ;SiO2 膜孔径集中在 4~ 5nm ,孔分布较为均匀 ;K -M负载SiO2 膜管对气体具有较强的渗透能力 ,并有较好的气体分离作用 .根据实验结果探讨了模板剂的性质及用量对SiO2 膜孔结构的决定性作用 .
Kieselguhr-mullite(K-M) ceramic tube-supported SiO 2 membranes have been prepared by a combined liquid crystal template technique and sol-gel method It was shown that SiO 2 membrane and TiO 2 transitional membrane are tightly and stable linked together by a Si—O—Ti bond, with the maximum in the pore size distribution of the SiO 2 membrane being around 4~5?nm. The SiO 2 membranes can separate gases to some extent and their permeability is fairly good The effect of the templates on pore size distribution and pore character of the SiO 2 membranes have been discussed
