摘要
介绍了一种制备片状TiO_2粉末的简便方法。先在玻璃基片上涂覆一层α-氰基丙烯酸乙酯为主体的"502胶"作为脱模层,再以溶胶-凝胶涂膜法在其表面涂覆TiO_2薄膜,经丙酮浸泡溶解脱模层后得到片状粉末。考察了影响溶胶形成及最后片状粉末形貌的一些因素。X射线衍射及电镜扫描分析结果表明,400℃煅烧3h后TiO_2粉末为锐钛矿型,具有明显片状结构,粒径为10~60μm,厚度约为1μm,径厚比为10~60。
A flaky TiO2 powder was prepared using a novel and easy method. A resin lamina of glue "502" with ethyl α-cyanoacrylate was first coated on the flat slide of glass substrates as release layer. Then sol-gel-derived TiO2 films were fabricated onto the glass substrates by dip-coating in the TiO2 precursor. After being dried, the coated substrates were immersed in acetone and the films broke into flakes and floated off into the solvent. Some factors influencing the formation of sol and flakes were investigated. The X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope results show that the phase of flaky TiO2 calcined at 400 ℃ is anatase type with a size between 10 and 60 μm, a thickness of about 1 μm and an aspect ratio of 10-60.
