锥形凸轮式无级变速器设计与仿真 被引量:4

摘要 提出一种锥形结构机械式无级变速器,该变速器具有较好的无级变速性能。利用凸轮等速运动规律,以单向超越离合器为圆心,对称布置三个凸轮和摆杆,经单向超越离合器转换运动后,可获得完全的匀速输出。用SolidWorks2010Motion进行运动和动力仿真模拟,获得了良好的效果。 This paper introduced a conical cam structure stepless speed variator,which had a good performance motion. Three symmetrically located cams with constant velocity motion and their oscil- lating bars, through roller clutches' changing, constant speed rotation output was reached. SolidWorks 2010 Motion was used to simulate its kinematic and dynamic features,a very good result was obtained.
