压缩秸秆替代部分木屑栽培平菇试验初报 被引量:2

摘要 采用压缩秸秆替代部分木屑栽培平菇,设置8个栽培料配方,观察并记录。结果表明,在配方栽培料上面的平菇菌丝,产量及长速有明显差异,其中10%和20%秸秆替代木屑试验组均高于添加木屑试验组,每袋产量最高可达544.8g,生物转化率可达到136.2%,有显著的增产作用。
