摘要
农作物秸秆的利用主要体现在农村能源、牲畜饲料、还田肥料和工业原料等4个方面;通过对我国农作物秸秆资源的应用现状、总量和区域分布的分析,认为我国部分地区农作物秸秆资源浪费严重;提出了建立完善的约束和激励机制等政策性建议。
The utilizations of crop stalk resources are rural energy, feedingstuff, crop stalk return and raw material.This paper analyzed the total amount, distribution and utilization of crop stalk resources in China, believe that parts of regions is wasted serious.The writer put forward some advices to promote the integration of utilization of crop stalk resources.
