无灰分散剂是润滑油和燃料油的主要添加剂,种类较多,主要有聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、聚异丁烯丁二酸酯、苄胺、无灰磷酸酯、高分子量无灰分散剂及硼改性无灰分散剂等。文中概述了上述几种无灰分散剂及其国内外的主要生产厂家;同时指出,随着发动机工作要求及环保法规的日益严格,高粘度指数分散剂成为研究趋势,另外,无灰分散剂在要求具有好的分散性的同时,还需有好的抗氧、抗磨及橡胶相容性。
Ashless dispersant is a main additive of lube oil and fuel oil, which includes many kinds mainly as polyisobuty-lene-succinimide, polyisobutylene-succinate, benzylamine, ashless phosphate, high molecular ashless dispersant and boron-modified ashless diapersant. The article introduces the above ashless dispersants and their main producers at home and abroad. At the same time it points out that high viscosity index dispersant will become research trend with increasingly stringent engine working requirements and environmental protection regulations. Ashless dispersant is demanded to have good disperse property as well as good oxidation resistance, abrasion resistance and rubber compatibility.
