摘要
对聚异丁烯丁二酸季戊四醇酯无次分散剂采用催化酯化这种新的合成工艺过程中的反应温度、反应时间、催化剂选择和用量等工艺条件进行了考察,确定了最佳工艺条件;并对该刘进行了模拟评定、台架和工业放大试验.其结果表明:该剂性能与国外产品LZ936相当,在油品配方中,酯型无灰分散剂和丁二酸亚胺类分散剂复合使用可使油品的高低温性能均较好,可用于中、高档内燃机油。
The optimum technique condition including reaction temperature, reaction time, catalyst choosing and capacity was defined in developing ashless dispersant- polyisobutylene butane diacid pentaerythritoI ester by catalytic esterification. Through simulated evaluation,bench test and industrial enlarge test, results showed that its performances are equivalent to LZ936. In formulation, compounding ester type ashless dispersant and succinimide type dispersant can make oil's high & low temperature performances well. It can be used for medium & premium engine oils
