国外疼痛管理的发展 被引量：1

摘要 疼痛作为一种常见的临床症状，不仅给病人躯体带来不适，而且对精神、心理、体质等方面也会产生不同程度的影响，直接影响病人的生活和生存质量。目前全世界鉴于疼痛往往带给患者多方面的伤害，越来越多的人转向对其的研究。如何缓解甚至解除疼痛问题越来越受到业内外人士的高度重视。在部分发达国家，疼痛已经被列人医疗和护理的重要监管范畴之中，疼痛的控制也已经作为医院医疗护理质量管理的标准之一。下面就国外对疼痛研究及管理进展做一综述。
