摘要
目的：探讨KTP激光泪道成形术对泪道阻塞的治疗效果。方法：使用特制9号中空泪道探针，探至泪道阻塞处，拔出针芯插入KTP激光光导纤维，发射激光清除阻塞，疏通泪道。结果：脉冲激光对于泪道阻塞具有较好的疗效，术后随访1～24个月，疏通成功率为100％，治愈率为94．89％。结论：KTP激光治疗泪道阻塞方法简单，安全性高，可作为一种实用的治疗方法进行推广应用。
ABSTRACT ： Objective To analyse the methods and effects of KTP laser surgery for obstruction of lacrimal duct. Methods 98 eyes of 92 cases with lacrimal duct obstruction were treated by KTP laser. The 9# specially -made hollow lacrimal probe was penetrated into the lacrimal channel, and then the KTP laser fibre was put intothe channel to remove the obstruction. Results The KTP laser had good curative efect on the lacrimal duet obstruction. The postoperative follow - up of 1 months to 24 months, The dredging rate and the recovery rate of lacrimal duct obstructions was 100% and 94. 89 respectivily. Conclusion As a simple, safe and practical method for lacrimal duct obstruction, the KTP laser treatment show a great prospect for application.
