摘要
目的:分析泪道激光治疗泪道阻塞的方法和效果。方法:选择95例患者(115眼),其中泪小管阻塞10例,泪总管阻塞63例,鼻泪管阻塞13例,鼻泪管吻合7例,外伤性鼻骨骨折2例,经泪道激光治疗,随访18个月。结果:一次性治愈99眼,再次激光治愈10眼,治愈率94.8%。结论:泪道激光治疗泪道阻塞,对周围组织损伤最小,不出血,无瘢痕,疗效高。
Objective To analyse the methods and effects of laser surgery for obstruction of lacrimal duct. Method To choose 95 cases （115 eyes ） ,including obstruction of lacrimal canaliculi passage 10 cases, obstruction of general lacrimal passage 63 cases, obstruction of superior lacrimal duct 13 cases, nasolacrimal duct 7 cases, nasal bone fracture 2 cases. All cases were cured by dacryocystoplasty,and followed up 18 months after operation. Results 99 eyes were cured by 1 course of laser therapy,and 10 eyes were cured by 2 course,the rate of cure was 94.8%. Conclusion Laser surgery for obstruction of lacrimal duct can decrease the minally injury for surround tissue, has no bleed and keloid,it has high efficacy.
