摘要
目的探讨耳内镜手术治疗慢性化脓性胆脂瘤型中耳炎的方法及临床效果。方法回顾性分析2007年1月～2009年2月耳内镜手术治疗慢性化脓性胆脂瘤型中耳炎患者36例的临床资料。其中21耳行开放式乳突根治术,8耳行保留骨桥乳突根治术,7耳行鼓室成形术。结果所有患耳手术半年后均干耳,随访期间患耳均无胆脂瘤复发。结论耳内镜手术治疗慢性化脓性胆脂瘤型中耳炎操作时具有视野大、角度多、图象清晰的优势,对彻底清除病灶有利,可以防止不必要的损伤,减小术后复发。
Objective To investigate the ear endoscopic surgery for chronic suppurative otitis media with cholesteatoma and clinical results.
