摘要
目的探讨健康教育在儿童保健门诊中的应用效果及护理方法。方法将2011年2月～2012年3月儿童保健门诊300例患儿随机分为实验组和对照组,各150例。对照组实施一般护理,实验组加强健康教育护理,观察对比两组患者家属的焦虑程度、不确定感和家属满意度。结果实验组患儿加强健康教育护理后,家属焦虑程度下降,不确定感降低,满意度明显提高,与对照组各指标比较,差异均有统计学意义([36±7)分比(44±8)分,(40±6)分比(51±8)分,(95±4)分比(87±7)分,P<0.05]。结论健康教育在儿童保健门诊护理工作中应用具有较好的效果,可以缓解患儿家属不良情绪。
Objective To investigate the effects and methods of care of health education in child health clinic. Methods From February 2011 to March 2012, 300 cases of child health clinic patients were randomly divided into two groups, control group received general care, the experimental group to join the health education care to observe the contrast level of anxiety of the families of the two groups of patients, a sense of uncertainty satisfaction and their families. Results After the nursing intervention,the experimental group＇s anxiety reduced, had a lower sense of uncertainty, satisfaction was significantly improved the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group, P 〈0.05. Conclusion Health education in child health out-patient care has good results, can alleviate the negative emotions of family members of patients.
