健康教育路径模式在弱视门诊健康教育中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨健康教育路径模式在门诊弱视儿童健康教育中应用的效果。方法:依据弱视初次确诊及二次复查时间固定的特点,应用临床路径模式,自行设计调查问卷,在门诊随机对20位弱视儿童家长进行两次问卷调查,并有针对性的进行健康教育。结果:家长对弱视知识掌握平均得分从健康教育前的2.9分提高到健康教育后5.8分,门诊健康教育采用路径模式取得明显效果。结论:利用健康教育路径模式在门诊对弱视儿童及其家长进行健康教育是比较好的方法。 Objective: To investigate the result of using the pattern of health education path in outpatient with amblyopic children. Methods: Based on the initial diagnosis of amblyopic and the secondary rechecked in a fixed time, applying clinical pathway model and using our questionnaire, a questionnaire survey was conducted twice to 20 amblyopic children parents randomly in outpatient and targeted health education was given to them. Results: Average scores of health education knowledge achieved by the amblyopic children parents was raised from 2. 9 points before the health education to 5. 8 points after the health education, the result of using the pattern of health education path in outpatient was effective. Conclusion: It is a better way to use the pattern of health education path in outpatient with amblyopic children.
