摘要
目的探讨纤支镜灌洗对COPD患者下呼吸道真菌感染的疗效。方法将82例COPD合并下呼吸道真菌感染病例随机均分为两组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用纤支镜灌洗,对比两组患者呼吸衰竭改善情况及治疗疗效。结果治疗组呼衰持续时间短于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组在PaO2,PaCO2改善上均优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组治疗总有效率85.37%高于对照组65.85%(P<0.05)。结论采用纤支镜灌洗治疗COPD合并下呼吸道真菌感染可较快恢复患者正常通气,纠正呼吸衰竭,增强抗真菌效果。
Objective To discuss the effect of bronchoscopy lavage in treating the COPD patients complicated with lower respiratory tract fungal infection. Methods Randomly divided 82 copd with lower respiratory tract fungal infection cases into 2 groups.The treatment group Added bronchoscopy lavage into the conventional treatment. Compared the improvement of respiratory failure and Therapeutic effect. Results Therapeutic effect lasting time in the treatment group was shorter than the control time （P〈0.05）.and the improvement of PaOz, PaCOz in the treatment group were better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Total effective rate of treatment group （85.37%） was higher than the other group （65.85%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Taking the bronchofiberscope lavage in the treatment of COPD with fungal infection is helpful to restore normal ventilation, correct respiratory failure and enhance anti-fungal effect.
