摘要
目的:探讨急危重症患者合并呼吸道并发症时,纤维支气管镜检查的作用、方法和安全性。方法:总结重症监护病房近年各种病因合并呼吸系统并发症后行纤支镜检查的病例68例。结果:68 例患者共行纤支镜检查102 次,效果满意,无严重并发症。结论: 运用纤维支气管镜对重症监护病房中有适应症的患者,在严密监护下进行检查治疗是安全、有效的。
Objective: To explore the application method and safty of the examination of flexible brochofibroscope in the acute and intensive patients with airwaycomplications.Methods: 68 cases with airway complications in ICU in past 4 years who had the examination of flexible bronchofibroccope were enrolled in this study.Results: 68 patients had 102 examinations of flexible brochofibroscope,the results were satisfied without any complication.Conclusion:The examination of flexible brochofibroscope for patients in ICU is safe and effective.
