摘要
目的加强体检中心感染管理,提升自我防护意识,预防与控制医院感染。方法以体检中心感染管理自我防护工作各个环节为主,确保体检中心个人防护标准预防措施的落实;将医院感染管理的理念纳入体检中心的常规化管理,规范消毒隔离检查的感染管理标准预防和自身防护措施。结果全面落实建立和完善体检中心各项管理制度及规范,降低医院感染的发生率,加强环境卫生学监测和手卫生监测的合格率,通过监测和标准预防的自身防护干预措施,由2008年的83.87%提高至2011年98.97%,手卫生合格率由2008年的65.63%提高至2011年91.94%。结论充分发挥医院体检中心在预防与控制医院感染中的作用,确保医护人员的自身防护与健康,积极主动参与医院感染预防与控制,才能做好有效地预防和自身防护。
OBJECTIVE To strengthen the infection control in the physical examination center and improve the self- protection consciousness so as to prevent and control nosocomial infections. METHODS The various links of self- protection were emphasized to ensure the execution of the standard prevention measures for self-protection in the physical examination center. The idea of nosocomial infection control was included in the routine management of the physical examination center. The standard prevention for infection control and the self-protection measures were standardized. RESULTS The management system and regulations were fully established and implemented in the physical examination center to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections. The qualified rate of the monitoring of environmental hygiene and the hand hygiene were reinforced and increased from 83.87 % in 2008 to 98.97% in 2011 through the surveillance and the standard self-protection interventions, the qualified rate of the hand hygiene increased from 65.63% in 2008 to 91.94% in 2011. CONCLUSION Only when it gives full play to the role of the hospital physical examination center in prevention and control of nosocomial infections, ensure the self-protection and health of the medical personnel, and actively participate the prevention and control of nosocomial infections can the prevention and self-protection be made effective.
