摘要
目的探讨护理部在预防医院感染管理工作中的作用,提高医院感染管理水平。方法护理部主动配合医院感染管理科健全组织、完善制度、落实措施、规范护理技术操作程序及护士行为,对医院感染知识进行全员培训,使其提高认识,并把医院感染管理规范纳入护理管理的全过程。结果使医院感染率明显下降,由2000年的2.29%逐渐下降到2005年的1.01%,取得满意的效果。结论护理部在预防医院感染管理工作中,起到了非常重要的促进作用。
OBJECTIVE To discuss nursing department＇s function in preventing hospital infection management in order to improve its level. METHODS Nursing department actively works with hospital infection management department to establish organization, consummate system, carry out measure, regulate nursing technique operation procedure and nurse conduct norm, and train the nursing staff. RESULTS The rate of hospital infection has been descended gradually from 2.29% in 2000 to 1.01% in 2005. CONCLUSIONS Nursing department is performing important function in preventing hospital infection management work.
