摘要
兰州炼油化工总厂 2 0 0kt/a润滑油苯酚精制装置将原萃取塔以阶梯环填料为主的混装填料改造为TH Ⅱ型双鞍环填料 ,填料采用波纹状填料支承 ;重新设计了萃取塔液体分布器 ,并调整抽出液回收系统换热流程。改造后装置的处理能力提高 2 3.34 % ,精制油收率提高 2 .38个百分点 ,能耗下降 176 .6 8MJ/t,苯酚消耗降低 0 .2 5 9kg/t,循环溶剂质量得到明显改善 ,年增经济效益834 .3万元 ,投资回收期 0 .37年。
The 200 kt/a lube phenol extraction unit in Lanzhou Petroleum Processing and Chemical Complex was revamped. The previous mixed packing mainly containing ladder ring was replaced by TH Ⅱ type double saddle ring packing. A ripple shape packing support was adopted. The liquid distributor of the extraction tower was redesigned, and the heat exchange flow of the extract recovery system was rectified. The throughput and the refined oil yield were increased by 23.3% and 2.38% respectively; and the energy consumption and solvent consumption were decreased by 176.68 MJ/t and 0.259 kg/t respectively. The quality of the recycle solvent was obviously improved after revamping. The increased annual benefit was 8.34 million yuan and the term of investment recovery was 0.37 year.
