摘要
目的:建立脐带MSCs分离提取的优化方法。方法:运用间充质干细胞的分离、组织块培养法、酶消化培养法、细胞形态学与增殖观察等方法。结果:获得了间充质干细胞分离提取的优化方法,观察结果表明,MSCs生长状态良好,其传代后细胞形态无明显变化,性质稳定。
Objective Through to optimize the method about isolation and culture of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells make us in-depth understanding of MSCs.Methods Optimize the way to get rid of the membrane and culture so as to achieve the optimization purpose.Result Achieve the purpose and do not affect the next experiment.
