摘要
为探索大岩桐快速繁殖方法,以大岩桐嫩芽为试验材料,研究附加不同浓度6-BA的MS培养基对大岩桐愈伤组织形成及芽分化的影响。结果表明:大岩桐最适宜的愈伤组织诱导培养基为MS+6-BA0.3 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂7 g/L;最适宜的芽分化培养基为MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.01 mg/L+蔗糖30 g/L+琼脂7 g/L,芽分化率达88%;添加活性炭抑制了大岩桐植株的增殖和生长。
In order to explore the method of gloxinia rapid propagation, the effects of MS medium with different concerntrations of 6-BA on bud differentiation and callus formation of gloxinia were studied taking the bud of gloxinia as the material. The results showed that the most suitable callus induction medium was MS + 6-BA 0. 3 mg/L + NAA 0. 01 mg/L + sucrose 30 g/L + agar 7 g/L. Bud differentiation medium was MS + 6-BA 0. 5 mg/L + NAA 0. 01 mg/L + sucrose 30 g/L + agar 7 g/L, the bud differentiation rate was 88%. Adding active carbon inhibits the proliferation and the growth of gloxinia.
