摘要
西部农村的可持续发展是指其经济、社会、环境与资源的良性循环、相互协调的均衡发展状态。它是统筹解决"三农"问题、全面建设农村小康社会的必由之路。本研究在西部农村可持续发展内涵的基础上,构建了农村可持续发展指标评价体系,利用主成分和熵权法得出了西部农村可持续发展综合评价模型。并用该模型对当前西部地区12个省(市,自治区)的农村可持续发展能力进行了综合评价。这些综合评价结果为西部农村可持续发展过程中辨别优势和不足、实施针对性政策与措施,提供了科学依据。
Western rural sustainable development is a virtuous cycle of mutually coordinated and balanced development state among the economic subsystem,social subsystem and the environmental subsystem and it is the only way to achieve well-off society in western rural areas.Based on the connotation of sustainable development in the western rural areas,this paper constructs the rural sustainable development index and draws a comprehensive evaluation model based on the principle componential analysis and entropy weight.It measures and ranks the sustainable development index of 12 provinces in western areas.The evaluation results provide a scientific basis for the sustainable development in western rural areas.
