摘要
介绍了废弃钻井液固化处理技术在勘探井高科1井的应用。利用普通硅酸盐水泥和外加剂与废弃钻井液混合使其固化,固化的钻井液砖抗压强度可达到MU20号普通烧结粘土的标准,可制成条石或用于铺路。废弃钻井液固化处理技术在油田的实际应用,为解决废弃钻井液的排放以及由此造成的环境污染问题提供了一条可行的途径。
This paper presents a waste mud disposal technology that uses conventional silicate cement and additives. Lab test is conducted to analyze the composition and property of waste mud , and several formulations are selected and evaluated on their compressive strength. Field test in well GK-1 is simple yet practical, and the solidified mud bricks are strong enough for road pavement or well site construction.
