摘要
高科１井和五科１井是中国石油天然气集团公司在四川省境内施工的两口科探井，设计井深分别为５４００ｍ和５９００ｍ。为了提高φ４４４．５ｍｍ井段的钻进速度、缩短钻井周期，分别从瑞德、休斯、斯密斯公司引进了大尺寸φ４４４．５ｍｍ钻头。两口井在φ４４４．５ｍｍ井段共使用引进钻头２５只（其中瑞德ＥＭＳ系列三牙轮钻头６只，休斯ＭＡＸ系列三牙轮钻头５只，斯密斯的１５Ｍ、２０Ｍ及 ４ＪＣＳ三种钻头 １４只），国产钻头 １５只。施工中与国产大尺寸φ４４４． ５ｍｍ钻头进行了各项技术指标的对比，结果表明：钻头进尺、机械钻速、纯钻时间、钻头费用等技术指标均优于国产钻头，收到了较好的使用效果。
Well Gaoke-1 and Well Wuke-1, with designed depths of 5400m and 5900m respectively, are CNPC's two scientific investigation wells in Sichuan Province. Some large size bits of 444. 5mm were imported from Reed, Hughes and Smith companies respectively to increase the drilling speed of the 444. 5mm interval and shorten the drilling cycle. 25 imported bits (6 Reed's EMS roller bits, 5 Hughes' MAX roller bits and 14 Smith's 15M, 20M and 4JCS roller bits) and 15 home-made bits were used in the444. 5mm interval of these two wells. In comparison with the home--made 444. 5mm bits, the imported bits are better in the technical indexe of penetration rate, net drilling time and bit cost.
