摘要
超导材料具有潜在商业价值和广泛的应用前景,尤其是高温超导材料到人受到们的广泛关注。YBCO(YBa2Cu3O7-δ)超导材料具有高电流密度,低交流损耗等特点,其独特的物理性质,已经引起了广泛的关注。本文主要介绍了制备薄膜的方法,包括物理法、化学法及其他方法,并对其工作原理及应用进行了介绍。
Superconducting materials and technology were one of the high -new techniques with potential connnercial value and promising applications, especially, high -temperature superconductor. YBCO(YBa2Cu3O7-8) was concerned extensively because of unique physical property, with high current density and low AC loss. The preparation methods of YBCO films were described, for example, the physical methods, chemical methods and other methods. The principles of preparation and application of YBCO films were described.
