摘要
化工企业生产过程中存在较多危险因素。重视安全生产,是每个化工企业不可回避的主题。工会作为劳资双方沟通的桥梁,应将维护、参与、教育、建设等四项基本职能与化工企业自身特点相结合,重视职工健康安全管理,加强各级工会组织建设。工会应采取信息化技术等有效手段提高工作效率。
There were many risk factors in the production process of chemical enterprises.Paying attention to production safety was the theme of each chemical company,and can not be avoided.As a bridge of communication between employers and employees,trade union should link the four basic functions of maintenance,participation,education,construction,etc.to the characteristics of chemical enterprises,and pay attention to the management of employee health safety,and strengthen the construction of the trade unions at all levels.Trade union should take effective means,such as information technology,to improve the efficiency of work.
