摘要
随着我国社会主义市场经济体制改革的不断深入,工会思想政治教育工作面临挑战。文章通过分析我国当前企业思想政治教育工作面临的问题,提出改善企业思想政治教育工作面临的对策建议。
With the deepening of structural reform of China's socialist market economy,the ideological and political education of trade unions is facing challenges.By analyzing the current problems faced by the ideological and political education in enterprises,the paper proposes countermeasures to improve the ideological and political education.
