摘要
在分析企业知识共享障碍与企业内部知识共享关系的基础上,对社会资本的3个维度进行剖析,探讨其对企业知识共享的作用,并提出共享对策。
On the basis of analysis on relationship between obstacles to enterprise＇s knowledge sharing and enterprise＇s internal knowledgesharing, this paper dissects three dimensions of social capital, cliscusses their effects on enterprise＇s knowledge sharing, and puts forwards some countermeasures.
