摘要
通过对知识共享内涵和途径的分析,从知识共享客体、主体、手段和环境等方面系统研究了影响知识共享的障碍因素。最后,在系统工程思想的指导下,从个体视角和组织视角两个方面,探讨了促进知识共享的机制建设问题,包括物质激励和非物质激励、组织机构变革、构建适应知识共享的企业文化、加强通讯技术以及建设企业知识库等。
The article analyzes the connotation and the channels of knowledge sharing, through the analysis of knowledge sharing channels, the article systematically points out the influence barrier factors of knowledge sharing including knowledge sharing object, subject, method and environment. Finally, under the systems engineering thoughts, the article discusses the mechanism construction for promoting knowledge sharing in terms of ＂the organization view＂ and ＂the individual view＂, including material incentives and non-material incentives, organization change, enterprise culture adapted to knowledge sharing, enhancing communication technology and enterprise knowledge base construction, and so on.
