小学教师心理韧性、核心自我评价与工作压力的关系 被引量:22

摘要 通过对413名小学教师进行问卷调查,考察了小学教师的工作压力状况,研究了小学教师心理韧性、核心自我评价与工作压力的关系。结果表明:小学教师普遍存在中等及以上的工作压力,小学教师的心理韧性、核心自我评价及工作压力之间具有显著的相关,心理韧性和核心自我评价能很好地预测工作压力,核心自我评价对心理韧性与工作压力的关系起着完全中介作用。 To explore the relationship of core-self evaluation (CSE) , resilience to job stress for elementary school teachers, subjects of 413 elementary school teachers are chosen to participate in a survey. The results show that the job stress for most elementary school teachers is in medium level or above, the main resources of job stress for elementary school teachers are students, school management and job characteristics. There are significant differences between teachers from different schools, as well as among teachers with different working experience. The result also shows that there's significant correlation among CES, resilience and job stress for elementary school teachers. CSE mediates the effect of core-self evaluation (CSE) in the effect of resilience on job stress for elementary school teachers.
