摘要
随着我国高等教育大众化进程的加快和高等学校办学规模的不断扩大,学年学分制已经显露出种种弊端,高等学校推行完全学分制是我国高等教育发展改革的必然趋势。
With the rapid development and popularization of higher education institutions, the semester credit system turns on flaws. However, the tendency of the education reform of higher education institutions is to enforce the full credit system.
