摘要
我国是农业大国,农业物流的发展对于促进农村经济的发展,加快新农村建设具有十分重要的战略意义。我国目前的农业物流发展面临基础设施薄弱、交易方式落后、信息不畅、管理滞后等问题,严重制约了农村经济的发展和新农村建设的进程。针对以上问题,要采取推进市场升级、发展连锁经营、完善绿色通道、加强源头管理等措施,构建起强有力的农业物流保障体系。
China is a great agricultural country. Agricultural logistics has a crucial strategic significance in promoting the development of economy in the countryside and accelerating new countryside construction. The development of agricultural logistics in China has faced problems like weak infrastructure, outdated transaction mode, information blockade, and backward management, etc. At present, the development of economy in the countryside and the process of new countryside construction have been restrain- ed. Regarding the above problems, measures like promotion of market upgrade, development of chain operation, improvement of green channel, reinforcement of source management, etc. should be taken and a powerful agricultural logistics guarantee system should be constructed.
