摘要
农业始终是国民经济的基础产业,农村始终是城市的摇篮和依托,农民始终是广大的人民群体。基于农业、农村、农民问题之间的相互关系及其作用机制,系统分析了“三农”问题的内涵及其表现,提出加快城镇化、提高农民素质、构建农业物流体系等解决三农问题的根本途径。
Agriculture is a basic industry of the national economy all the time, the countryside is a cradle and relying on of the city all the time, peasants are the masses of people colony all the time. On the basis of the inter-reaction among agriculture, countryside, peasant's question and function mechanism, this paper analysis systematically the intension and behaving of the Problems of Agriculture, Countryside and Farmer, and propose accelerating the urbanization , raise peasant's quality, structure the agricultural thing fluid department etc, and the basic solving ways of the rural economy , rural development and rural demography.
