超大牵伸技术存在的问题主要有:半制品的喂入方式是采用棉条还是粗纱一直存在争执;牵伸机构的牵伸型式仍处于研究阶段,并不成熟;传动机构的传动路线、牵伸调整和传动元件如何选择;各区牵伸倍数如何合理分配以提高牵伸效能等。文章将主要从以上几个方面对超大牵伸进行相关介绍。
The development of drawing machine has made great progress both at home and abroad in terms of technology, raw materials and process and il has entered into a new era that highlights high speed, high yield, high quality, high efficiency and energy-saving, high stability and reliability. These functions comply with the general developing trend for incorporating electronic technology, information technology, network technology, automation and continuous production into one machine and make possible the connection of drawing, roving, spinning and winding processes.
