摘要
探讨采用双精梳工艺纺制特细号纱的技术措施和纺纱效果。分析了双精梳工艺的技术特点,阐述了纺纱工艺流程、精梳准备及精梳工序工艺路线、各项工艺参数以及配套并粗牵伸工艺的正确选择和优化配置方法,进行了CJ 7.3 tex、CJ 2.9 tex特细号纱纺纱对比试验,对半成品AFIS测试指标以及成纱质量进行了对比分析。指出:双精梳工艺可获得更好的纺纱质量,对2.9 tex以上的特细号纱较为适用。其对半制品的管理要求比普通工艺更高,在生产中应尽量避免磨擦、碰撞棉条,以降低纱疵。
Technology measures and spinning effect of double combing processing spinning super-fine yarn were discussed. Characteristics of double combing processing were analyzed. The optimization and selection of spinning process,combing preparation & combing process path,each processing parameters and drawing & roving processing were introduced. The test of spinning CJ 7.3 tex and CJ 2.9 rex yarn were contrasted. The semi-finished product indexes test- ed by AFIS and spinning yarn qualities were contrasted and analyzed. It is pointed out that spinning quality can be better by double combing processing,especially for over 2.9 tex super-fine yarn. The management requirements are higher than that of traditional spinning processing, the friction and crash in production should be avoided to reduce yarn defects.
