摘要
在促进我国文化大繁荣大发展的伟大事业中,加强高层次少数民族语文翻译人才队伍建设是少数民族文化可持续发展的关键,是实施人才强国战略的重要组成部分。文章在阐述民族语文翻译人才队伍建设重要意义的同时,分析了我国少数民族语文翻译人才队伍建设中存在的问题,提出了加强翻译人才队伍建设的对策建议。
During the process of promoting cultural prosperity and development,it is a key for the sustainable development of ethnic cultures to strengthen the building of translator team for languages of ethnic minorities,which is an important part in the strategy of strengthening by human resource.This article points out the significance of the building of translator team for languages of ethnic minorities and analyzes the problems in it,and suggests some solutions.
