摘要 本文以多糖得率、含量及生物活性为指标,用正交实验优化了多糖的制备工艺,通过对四种常用的多糖干燥方式进行比较,得到了适合于猴头菌多糖的干燥方式。 For higher polysaccharide yield, content and bioactivity, through orthogonal test, the optimal prepa- ration technology of crude polysaccharide of Hericium erinaceous were selected. And four kinds of drying methods for the polysaccharide are compared, A appropriate drying methods for the crude polysaccharide of Hericium erina- ceous was selected.
