摘要
研究不同施氮条件下接种AM真菌摩西球囊霉对黄芩幼苗生长、化学成分和微量元素含量的影响。采用盆栽试验与室内分析相结合方法。同一施氮水平,接种AM真菌显著提高了黄芩根系侵染率、地上部Ca、地下部全氮、全磷、黄芩苷和Fe元素含量;不同施氮水平,接种株侵染率、地下部黄芩苷、地上部K和地下部Ca含量差异显著,并在N2~N3达到最大值。AM真菌能与黄芩形成良好共生关系,接种AM真菌有利于黄芩植株生长,提高黄芩幼苗化学成分含量。在施氮量为0.08~0.12 g/kg土时接种效果最好。
The effects of AM fungi on the growth and microelement of Scuteliaria baiealensis Goorgi under different N-applied levels in the pot culture were studied.The results showed that AM fungi significant increased mycorrhizal infecting rate,baicalin,the content of Ca of shoot,total P,the content of Fe and total N of root under the same N-applied levels.Under different N-applied levels,on mycorrhizal plants,mycorrhizal infecting rate,the content of K of shoot,baicalinand and the content of Ca of root were significant differenced.The content of K,Ca,Mg,Zn and Fe of shoot significantly increased under N2-N3 level.AM fungal inoculation was conducive to the growth of Scuteliaria baiealensis Goorgi and increase the content of chemical components of seedlings.The inoculation effect of AM fungi was the best under 0.08-0.12 g/kg.
