摘要
通过7个丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)菌种在紫色土上对三叶草根系侵染盆栽试验,筛选出2株适应紫色土生态条件的丛枝菌根真菌Glomus sp.和Acaulospora laevis,其中,G.sp.为土著菌株,A.laevis为引进菌株,它们在紫色土上均具有良好的生态适应能力(侵染率分别达到52%和44%),能显著提高植物的生物量(较对照分别提高近32%和77%),并能有效改善植株的P,N营养和土壤的理化性质。所筛选茵株有助于西南地区的农业生产和生态恢复等研究工作的进一步开展。
In a greenhouse pot experiment, clover ( Trifolium repens L. ) seedlings were grown in purple soil and treated with 7 AMF (arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi) strains. Two strains, i.e. Glomus sp. (a native strain) and Acaulospora laevis (an introduced strain) were screened out, whose ecological adaptation in purple soil proved to be significantly higher than that of the other strains. Their fungal infection rate was 52% and 44% , respectively and increased the biomass of the treated clover plants by 32% and 77%, respectively, compared with the non-mycorrhizal control. They also effectively enhanced P and N nutrition of the host plants and improved the physical and chemical properties of the soil. The selected strains are expected to help in agricultural production and ecological restoration in southwestern China.
