摘要
近红外光谱技术是一门发展迅猛的高新技术,具有快速、高效、操作简单和不损伤样品等特点,目前广泛应用于乳品行业中。综述了近红外光谱技术特点及在乳品中的应用,重点介绍了其在牛乳检测中的应用,并对进一步的研究进行了展望。
As a rapidly developing high-new technology enjoying the advantages such as high speed, excellent efficiency, easy operation and no destruction of samples, near-infrared spectroscopy is widely used in the dairy industry. A review was made on the characteristics of near-infrared spectroscopy and its application in dairy products, particularly in the detection of milk. In addition, the further researches concerned were forecasted.
