摘要
本文以安徽佳通轮胎有限公司开展的TPM活动为研究对象,在分析TPM活动的推行情况和给企业带来的巨大效益的同时,也剖析了推行过程存在的问题,并进而对佳通公司如何改进和完善TPM活动提出了相应对策和建议。
Abstract： This paper takes TPM activities in Anhui Giti Tire Co., Ltd. as a subject, analyzes the implementation of -[PM activities and tremendous benefits brought to the enterprise, and analyzes the problems of the implementation process, gives corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve and perfect the TPM activities in Giti.
