运用全员生产性保全活动(TPM)以及设备管理等相关知识,对东电设备备件管理现状进行分析,提出有效的备件管理模式,提升企业备件管理,节约企业的设备管理成本。
This paper analyses the equipment spare parts management situation for DFEM with TPM and other related equipment management knowledge, h presents the efficient spare parts management model, the lifting of the enterprise spare parts management inorder to economize the costs of equipment management.
