髋臼后壁骨折的手术策略 被引量：12

摘要 髋臼后壁骨折常为高能量损伤所致，约占髋臼骨折的1／4—1／3[1-3]。后壁骨折常合并髋关节后脱位。损伤严重时可合并关节内游离骨块，甚至坐骨神经损伤。在髋臼骨折中，后壁骨折最易出现骨化肌炎、创伤性关节炎和股骨头坏死等严重并发症。切开复位内固定为髋臼骨折的首选治疗方法，但后壁骨折的预后仍较其他类型的髋臼骨折差[4-5]。笔者就髋臼后壁骨折的手术治疗策略综述如下。
