摘要
目的评价传统疝囊高位结扎术和经腹小切口手术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的效果。方法选择在笔者所在医院行经腹小切口手术的腹股沟斜疝的46例患儿为传统治疗组,行传统疝囊高位结扎术的46例患儿为经腹治疗组,比较两组患儿治疗效果。结果经腹组小切口手术的切口大小、下床活动时间、住院天数等方面均明显优于传统组(P<0.05)。结论经腹小切口手术较传统疝囊高位结扎术而言更安全、美观、复发率低,值得临床推广运用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the traditional high ligation of hernial sac and abdominal small incision operation for pediatric inguinal hernia. Methods d6 cases with pediatric inguinal hernia of the abdominal treatment group in our hospital were treated by abdominal small incision operation,46 cases of the traditional treatment group were treated by the traditional high ligation of hernial sac group, compared the treatment effect of two groups. Results The incision size,activities of bed time,hospitalization days,etc of abdominal treatment group were all batter than traditional treatment group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Abdominal small incision operation compare with traditional high ligation,abdominal small incision operation is more safety,beautiful appearance,lower recurrence rate,it＇s worthy of clinical promoted application
