摘要
介绍周奚钟教授治疗肠粘连、急性肠炎、胆泥等消化系统急症的经验。治疗肠粘连善用大黄;治疗急性肠炎善用苍、白二术;治疗胆泥善用金钱草、郁金。通过中医药辨证施治与专病专药相结合的方法,治疗效果满意,对临床工作有一定参考作用,并附治疗验案。
The paper introduces the clinical experience of professor ZHOU Xizhong in treating emergencies of digestive system,such as intestinal adhesion,acute enteritis,biliary sludge,etc. Professor ZHOU is good at the application of Rhubarb for the treatment of intestinal adhesion. Besides,he is also good at the application of Macrocephala and Atractylodes Lancea for the treatment of acute enteritis. In addition,he does well in the application of Radix Curcumae and Herha,Lysimachiae for the treatment of biliary sludge. Through the combination of the treatment based on syndrome differentiation and special medicine used for special disease,it is believed that such treatment has satisfactory curative effect and has guiding function on the clinical. Moreover,three proven cases are attached to the paper.
