摘要
目的探讨克拉霉素片联合盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗女性生殖道感染的临床疗效。方法 120例女性生殖道感染患者,分成观察组和对照组。对照组给予克拉霉素片,观察组给予克拉霉素片联合盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊。结果观察组治愈率91.67%高于对照组75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论克拉霉素片联合盐酸左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗女性生殖道感染疗效可靠。
Objective To study the effect of clarithromycin tablets combined with levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules in the treatment of female genital tract infection. Methods 120 patients of female with genital tract infection were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given clarithromyein tablets. Observation group received elarithromycin tablets combined with levofloxacin hydrochloride capsules. Results The total efficiency of observation group was 91.67%,higher than control group of 75.00%,there were significant differences between the two groups（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Clarithromycin tablets combined with levofloxaein hydroehloride capsules in the treatment of female genital tract infection was reliable.
