摘要
目的对复方醋酸氯己定洗液的制备以及质量标准和疗效观察进行分析探讨。方法首先采取高效液相色谱法对醋酸氯己定的含量进行测量,而后搜集在2010年1月～2012年7月间收治的96例妇科炎症患者作为研究对象,分成对照组和观察组后分别采取常规药物和复方醋酸氯己定洗液进行治疗,对比临床治疗效果。结果醋酸氯己定含量测定结果准确,回收率为95.1%,RSD为1.7%(n=5);对照组治疗有效率为77.08%,观察组治疗有效率为89.58%。两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实验证实复方醋酸氯己定洗液质量存在可控性,在对妇科炎症进行治疗过程中,疗效显著,值得关注。
Objective To study the preparation of compound chlorhexidine acetate lotion as well as quality standards and Efficacy Analysis investigate. Methods First,the author took the high performance liquid chromatography to measure the content of chlorhexidine acetate,and then collecting 96 cases of gynecological inflammation patients were treated between January 2010-2012 in July as the object of study,divided into a control group and the observation group respectively,to take conventional drugs and compound acetate chlorhexidine lotion for treatment, comparative clinical effect. Results accurate determination of the results of chlorhexidine acetate recovery was 95.1%, RSD was 1.7% （n=5）.Treatment control group rate of was 77.08%, the effective rate was 89.58% in the observation group therapy. The difference was significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The experiments confirmed the quality of compound chlorhexidine Acetate lotion controllability in the treatment of gynecological inflammation process, the effect is significant and worthy of attention.
